Following its participation in the 8th “Walk for Autism” charity event on March 30, Kalerm has continued to expand its commitment to social welfare. On April 2 — World Autism Awareness Day, the Sunflower Children’s Service Center of Suzhou Industrial Park, under the guidance of the Social Development Bureau of the Industrial Park, officially launched the “Autism Café” and “Goodness and Love Integration” community inclusion projects. These initiatives focus on young adults with autism, exploring new models of social placement and employment for individuals on the spectrum.
As a recognised contributor to children’s charities in Suzhou, Mr. Zhu Shaoping, President of Kalerm Coffee Machines (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., attended the event and demonstrated Kalerm’s continued dedication to public welfare by contributing technological support. At the ceremony, Kalerm donated two intelligent fully automatic coffee machines to the Sunflower Center to empower the Autism Café Project.

Mr. Zhu remarked:
“Public welfare is not a one-time act of giving — it is about continuous empowerment.”
The donated Kalerm E Series Fully Automatic Coffee Machines are equipped with Kalerm’s independently developed intelligent operating system, enabling one-touch coffee brewing. This provides low-barrier, accessible tools for trainees with autism who have little to no prior experience. Kalerm hopes these machines will serve as a stepping stone for young adults with autism to learn coffee-making skills and embark on their first step toward career development.
This act of kindness reflects not an isolated gesture but rather the continuation of Kalerm’s long-standing commitment to public welfare. Moving forward, Kalerm will remain steadfast in fulfilling its social responsibilities, contributing more to charitable causes and spreading the warmth of technology and compassion throughout society.
Autism, also known as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a complex neurodevelopmental condition that affects social interaction, communication, and behavioral patterns.
Individuals with autism often live in their own inner world. They may struggle to express or understand emotions — yet this does not mean they lack feelings or value. On the contrary, they possess unique talents, perspectives, and potential, waiting to be seen, understood, and appreciated by the world.
